More direct customer contact
Our aim is to offer solutions tailored to the needs of our users while also ensuring our processes run as efficiently as possible. A key step towards this has been the integration of the fiduciary function into the structure of the foundation.
Prior to this, we would assign the task of answering customer queries to the auditing firm KPMG, which acted in a fiduciary capacity. Since the beginning of the year, our team in Hamburg and a customer service centre have been advising all GRS Batterien users. The team can now be contacted directly with all questions about invoicing and payment of service charges, about registration and about the portal www.batterieregister.de. This significant improvement in accessibility means that the customer benefits from faster, more direct communication with us. Our IT system has been thoroughly upgraded to deliver these new services. Naturally, we guarantee all users that their information (e.g. sales figures, all other sensitive business information) will be treated with total confidentiality.
